This is the second episode of the Cheap Buster series. Our second victim on the list is the AI Patched Dio Brando. (Warusaki3's version). Why is Dio on the cheap list? This only really occurred to me last night as I was trying to make a legit video. I noticed that with the AI patch equipped, Dio becomes SO CHEAP that you CAN'T EVEN FUCKING ATTACK. (when in a one-on-one match) He can combo so much that he can literally break you out of a guard state. I eventually got so pissed off that night ...
